Massage (90 min)

A more in-depth session. Can include any of the modalities listed in the 60-minute massage. Fully customizable for your goals and relaxation needs.

Traditional Thai Massage / Nuad Bo Raran (120 min)

A unique, holistic bodywork practice that combines acupressure, assisted yoga-like stretches, and gentle massage. Given on a mat on the floor while you are fully clothed in athletic wear.

Meet Frances

Frances Regal (Frankie to her friends and beloved clients) has been offering massage and integrative holistic body therapies for 35 years. A well-known and celebrated staple in the Encinitas community, she still loves giving restorative body work so that her clients have less pain and more physical ease in their daily lives.

Frankie is a licensed and certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Wellness Coach via the American Massage Therapist Association. She’s also a doting auntie to her friends’ dogs, Jojo, Butch, Miss Moneypenny and Q.
